Limitations or Special Requirements
 
  • One hundred percent of the value of the property must be financed through this program.
  • Annual debt service on all real property debt cannot exceed 7.5% of a city's previous year's governmental fund revenues.
  • The city must verify that the project has not been included in a failed voter referendum within the past four years.
  • The city must advertise for and hold a public meeting to disclose that the facility is being financed.
