This resolution would propose an amendment to the Georgia Constitution allowing the Georgia General Assembly to enact statutes to protect and preserve the rights of crime victims. The proposed amendment would allow victims to file a motion for the limited purpose of asserting injunctive or equitable relief for enforcing those rights.
