Tihs legislation is clean-up legislation which would require maps, plats, plans, and condominium plans submitted for filing with the clerk of the superior court to be submitted electronically. Additionally, the legislation would specify the format in which such documents must be certified by surveyors. The bill specifically requires that when a local goverment has enacted subbdivision regulations or land use regulations, or both,  approval of any plat must be obtained by the local government before such plat can be presented for filing with the clerk of court.
