GMA Model ROW Agreement Webinar

February 16, 2017
On Wednesday, February 15, 2017, GMA conducted a webinar to provide city officials with an overview of GMA’s recently completed Model Master Right-of-Way License Agreement. The webinar features opening remarks by Greg Fender, GMA’s technical consultant for the GMA Cable and Telecommunications Management Services (CTMS), and representatives from Mobilitie, LLC, a wireless infrastructure company that has applied for permits to install communications towers in cities throughout Georgia.

This agreement was negotiated by Mr. Fender in cooperation with Mobilitie executives and on behalf of GMA and Georgia’s cities, and may be used by cities as a template or guideline when negotiating terms with Mobilitie, LLC. It should be used as a starting point to begin negotiations with the company.

City officials are encouraged to view the webinar and submit questions through the online form located after the video below. Alternatively, questions may be emailed directly to Becky Taylor of the GMA staff at btaylor@gmanet.com, or to Greg Fender at ghfender@windstream.net.
The information presented in this webinar is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be construed as an endorsement of Mobilitie, LLC. While some of the information contained in this agreement is about legal issues, it is not and should not be treated as legal advice. You should consult with your legal counsel before taking action based on the information contained in this email or the agreement.
