Hartwell DDA has new director
After a four month search, the Hartwell Downtown Development Authority and Mainstreet Program named a new executive director this week. On Monday, DDA chairman Earl Johnson announced that Hart County resident Mitch Skelton had acccepted an offer made by the DDA.
