Mail Merge File Format
All files will be zipped (compressed for quick download) Microsoft Excel files. You will need to have a program to unzip the files. GMA recommends WinZip, which you can download
here.
The following fields will be in each file:
- City_Name (Town of, City of)
- First_Name
- Middle_Name
- Last_NameM
- Prefix (Mr., Mrs.)
- Suffix (Jr., Sr.)
- Title
- Address_1
- Address_2
- City
- State
- Zip
- City_Sort (will allow you to sort the records by city name, without 'Town of'or 'City of' in the name)
