This bill would require cities to maintain a supply of opioid antagonists in government buildings, to make opioid antagonists available at government events, and to provide training for employees on the administration of opioid antagonists.  The bill provides immunity to city employees who administer opioid antagonists in an emergency and allows cities to use appropriated funds to pay for these requirements.
