Building Codes and Code Enforcement

A discussion of the purposes of building codes begins this chapter that outlines the Uniform Codes Act and the state minimum standard codes. The chapter continues by advising city officials of the proper administration of codes and enforcement and by discussing the regulatory fees that may be charged.
