The Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) is pleased to provide the Fifth Edition to the Handbook for Georgia Mayors and Councilmembers. This on-line resource has been prepared to provide Georgia's municipal elected officials with a better understanding of their roles and responsibilities and to provide them with essential information regarding municipal operations and service delivery.
