govXpress is a web-based, hosted application which allows cities the ability to provide online transactions to its citizens at a minimal cost.
govXpress handles three main types of transactions: pay-ment collection, data collection and data display. These transactions can be combined to create a variety of "online services" such as:
- utility payments
- application submission
- property tax data view or payment collection
- citizen surveys
- ticket procession
