GMA to Hold Fitness Walk | May 31, 2013
To kick-off a new fitness initiative, GMA is hosting a Fitness Walk on Monday morning, June 24, at 6:30 a.m. The walk will take place at the Race Track on Hutchison Island, which is accessed at the Westin Golf Club. The Race Track is a 2.2 mile course.

GMA Adds Pre-Convention Workshop | April 23, 2013
GMA has scheduled a special pre-convention workshop for Friday, June 21 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. The workshop, Big Changes Coming to Retirement Plans, will focus on new accounting requirements made by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) that will change how cities report pension liabilities on their financial statements.

GMA Annual Convention Has Class, Lots of It | March 6, 2013
A record number of classes will be offered at GMA’s Annual Convention, expanding the roster of six-hour classes from 19 last year to 21 this year. The classes will be offered on Saturday, June 22 and Tuesday, June 25.
