Agenda & Meeting Management

IQM2 has changed its pricing structure to make its agenda and meeting management system more affordable for cities. New population based pricing is a monthly fee with no upfront costs for training or implementation.

Anyone that has been involved in preparing council meeting agendas and related documents, not to mention searching for records months and years after the meetings have been held, knows how time-consuming and paper-intensive those processes can be.

Through a business relationship with IQM2, GMA offers a solution that automates the entire meeting process; everything from agenda and packet preparation through approval and decision workflow to compiling minutes and providing information to citizens via your website, including links to agendas and minutes, as well as video streaming of your meetings.

Prior to GMA’s decision to team with IQM2, the cities of Douglasville and Woodstock agreed to serve as pilot cities. Douglasville had made a decision several years ago to work toward an automated agenda process and was using another vendor. Woodstock on the other hand was ready to implement an automated meeting management solution for the first time. Following a pilot period, both cities were so pleased with IQM2’s product and customer service that they decided to acquire the software for permanent use.

By using one or more of the suites offered by IQM2, cities not only improve efficiency, accountability and transparency, they can become greener and save money by using significantly less paper, ink and toner.
