Oversight for the GMA property and liability fund (the Georgia Interlocal Risk Management Agency or GIRMA) is provided by a 9-member board of trustees comprised of elected and appointed municipal officials from among the fund’s membership. The current members of the GIRMA Board include:

• Mayor Keith Brady of Newnan
• Mayor Ronnie Dixon of Vidalia
• Mr. Billy Edwards, City Manager of Hinesville
• Ms. Beth English, Councilmember of Vienna (Vice Chairperson)
• Mr. Joe Morton, City Manager of Fayetteville
• Mr. David Nunn, City Manager of Madison
• Mayor Kenneth Smith of Kingsland
GMA Executive Director Lamar Norton serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the board.
